Job Description

The role of the Relationship Manager will be to oversee mid-market and emerging large corporates. This involves regular monitoring of borrower accounts, maintaining updates on developments, and advising borrowers in turnaround situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing stressed assets involves interaction with the company, performance monitoring & benchmarking, adherence to stipulated terms, site visits, etc.
  • Monitoring exposures enables proactive action whenever required. Review credit files, financials, and security documentation and current status.
  • Designing and implementing suitable early warning triggers for allocated accounts. Closely monitoring allocated portfolio, reviewing operational and financial performance, monitoring monthly cash flows, tracking performance of economic cycles, and applicable industries.
  • Formulation of recovery strategy post factoring appropriate legal options.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Competencies:

  • Knowledge of reading and understanding the financials of an entity, involving credit analysis.
  • Knowledge of various industries.
  • Knowledge of RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring.
  • Reasonable knowledge of various legal forums and applicable laws, including IBC, SARFAESI, commercial suits, contract laws, etc.

This role requires a strong analytical skillset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
