Senior Automotive Store Leader

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Store Manager in the automobile retail industry. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate a team of sales employees to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Overall management of the store, ensuring it is manned at all times with Brand Champions.
  • Ensuring daily, weekly & monthly conversion targets are met for the store.
  • Following up on leads with the team and allocating them uniformly to Brand Champions.
  • Providing finance support to customers with the help of financers.
  • Fostering teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of new-vehicle sales employees.
  • Maintaining an accurate daily log reflecting all sales activities in the Experience Center.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system to ensure proper follow-up of potential buyers.
  • Conducting daily and weekly sales meetings, staying up-to-date with market trends through analysis and competitor monitoring.
  • Coming up with suggestions and recommendations for in-store merchandising, customer service approach, and other areas to improve business.
  • Producing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, KPI, and other reported metrics.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Inventory management, including stock count, control, and record of all stock movements.
  • Ensuring consistency in customer service based on established SOPs.
  • Handling after-sales queries and complaints.
  • Providing on-job training to team members.
  • Maintaining strong communication between associates and transferring important information within the team.

We require:

  • Any Graduate with 3-7 years of experience in Automobile/Retail/FMCD/Lifestyle Retail Experience as a Store Manager or Store In-Charge.
  • Flexibility in time.
  • Openness to Field sales.
  • Good Communication skills.
