Export Logistics Coordinator

This critical role is responsible for delivering a comprehensive SCM strategy across Maersk's geographical area. The primary objective is to meet financial and operational targets defined by global customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end export shipments for ocean FCL and air modes, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of export shipments, including container planning, booking, trailer placement, stuffing plans, export documentation, RFID sealing, customs clearance, and container inward at port without DND charges.
  • Collaborate with CHA/shipping lines for accurate shipping documentation and timely completion, minimizing delays and issues.
  • Monitor shipment milestones and proactively address any delays or concerns.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders for optimal routing and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment on shipping timelines and documentation needs.
  • Prepare and submit required MIS/DSR reports to stakeholders as per schedule.
  • Support junior team members in process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of business principles.
  • SCM background with experience in international supply chains, driving logistics excellence.
  • Minimum 9 years of work experience in operational roles within the logistics industry, showcasing leadership capabilities.
