Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Leader to oversee and optimize our entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Optimize vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply to meet customer needs.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning principles.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities.
