Associate Manager - Record to Report

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager - Record to Report to join our finance team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's financial integrity and efficiency by managing end-to-end record-to-report activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transaction Management:

Manage General Ledger accounting and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

Financial Statement Preparation:

  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with business units to resolve intercompany discrepancies and issues.

Compliance and Controls:

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide financial insights.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant certification.
  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting and record to report functions.
  • Experience with ERP systems - SAP.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking.
  • Excellent team-player mindset.
