We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Order Management and Data to join a remote project based in Spain's timezone.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Business Analyst Order Management with focus on Data, as well as Business Analyst experience in data activities, OM knowledge, and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience working with functional aspects of data and collaborating with SMEs on mappings.
  • Ability to manage large data extractions and convert them into the right ServiceNow target format.
  • Desirable experience in OM data model, capable of advising best practices on the usage of fields and their impact on the process.
  • Experience with all data objects in the context of OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts).
