Job Description

As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization's Global Business Services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization strategy, leveraging emerging technology to drive business growth and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital transformation initiatives across various business functions
  • Leveraging data analytics and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions and implement effective change management practices
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting
  • Proven expertise in agile methodologies, digital technologies, and data analytics
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Digital Transformation Certification, and Lean Six Sigma Certification are highly desirable
