Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Our company is undertaking a digital transformation journey, seeking a skilled professional to support this initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for exploring new technologies, implementing systems, and creating digital training materials.

  • Investigate and test emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and digital tools, and suggest practical applications across various departments.
  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of new systems, encompassing pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Develop engaging digital training content, such as videos, tutorials, and guides, to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge, enabling staff to confidently adopt new tools.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and provide support when required, serving as a liaison between IT, users, and the transformation team.
  • Monitor and track licenses and costs for digital tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Work with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop suitable training resources.
  • Provide input into technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree or diploma in IT, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field (candidates with strong potential will be considered).
  • Knowledge of or experience using automation platforms, such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar.
  • Experience working with AI tools and agents, including ChatGPT, copilots, Auto GPT, or equivalent.
  • Strong digital content creation skills: ability to produce high-quality training videos, tutorials, and engaging digital learning materials using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, with resilience and a sense of urgency to find effective solutions.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies, able to conduct basic analyses regarding what will add value.
  • Quick learner.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) skills in English, able to explain complex ideas simply and clearly, as well as train users with excellent listening skills to discern user and business needs.
  • Sound administrative skills, able to track exploration, learning, roll-outs, and licenses with a good memory of what has been explored, communicated, and decided on.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently.

This role represents an entry-level position, and we welcome candidates who may not have extensive years of experience but possess the drive to research, test, and implement tools and creativity to help us achieve our digital transformation goals.
