Transformation Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-level position that requires overseeing the execution of digital transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and process excellence.
  • Manage and deliver multiple digital projects simultaneously, incorporating emerging technologies such as RPA, AI, and others.
  • Provide analytical direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Champion the implementation of standard global processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategic roadmaps to address business problems/opportunities in the finance and accounting domain.
  • Lead the effective delivery of planned digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects.
  • Provide analytical direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
  • Implement and adopt standard global processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Certified Black Belt.
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the finance and accounting domain and leading transformations across all sub-processes.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma methodology.
  • Project management skills and strong influencing skills.
