Job Title: Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will cultivate a human-first environment that honors how individuals and teams work, providing support for growth while transforming people, processes, and technology.

The Transformation Specialist will connect people to the broader Digital, Analytics, and Technology (DAT) mission through shared practices and ways of working, targeted locally and scaling globally where it matters most.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning and execution by coordinating activities needed to execute new processes and standards.
  • Support roll-out, training, and support for new processes, including communication, change management, support, and measurement of the change.
  • Define requirements and standards for new processes, documenting and defining requirements gathering approach, and translating stakeholder requirements into various deliverables.
  • Serve as a change analyst to help set teams up for success related to ways of working changes, driving adoption across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive strategy and analysis, understanding current state and desired to-be state of a focus area/workstream, providing actionable insights and practical recommendations on the problem to be solved and the impact and value of potential solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional technical experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities in technology roles, business analyst or business system analyst, technical project management, process design and implementation, agile methodologies, technology process design and development, and agile technology delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with cross-functional team members and influence without authority.
  • Experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions, strong business and technology acumen, and organizational agility.
