Lead Digital Transformation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our efforts in driving revenue growth through digital transformation and infrastructure solutions. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team.

About the Role:
  • Craft and execute sales strategies to drive growth in digital and infrastructure solution segments.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a results-driven culture, motivating team members to meet and surpass sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth in digital transformation and infrastructure solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales approaches and strategies.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop sales forecasts, business plans, and budgets for digital transformation and infrastructure portfolio.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing large deals.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Engage in regular business reviews and account management to understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that solutions align with client requirements and expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification in sales or IT solutions is a plus.

At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation and infrastructure solutions.

Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers, enterprise applications, and infrastructure management.
