Sales Leader for Strategic Growth

We are seeking an exceptional Sales leader to drive sales and support operations, enabling us to scale effectively and serve our customers better. This role offers a unique opportunity to join as a FIRST 10 employee key founder-level partner with significant equity compensation.

About the Role

As a Sales leader, you will be responsible for onboarding doctors to the Remesleep referral network / panel and engaging them to refer patients for sleep tests. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. Your focus will be on expanding business with current customers and onboard new customers in the Mumbai geography.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a compelling sales pitch that can be scaled as the team expands
  • Building, leading, and managing the sales team once early proof is established and funding is raised
  • Expanding customer reach through direct sales, partnerships, and channel development

You will also oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution of business activities, aligning with company goals. This includes streamlining processes and systems for maximum efficiency, including logistics, customer support, and supply chain management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years recent experience in Field sales
  • A proven track record in leading sales and operations, preferably in a startup, healthcare, wellness, or consumer technology environment
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales, especially to SMEs (hospitals), with experience building and scaling sales teams

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer orientation, with experience in improving customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. They should be a hands-on leader with a 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset. An MBA preferred, and preferably graduate in science.
