Senior Interior Design Leader - Hospitality

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Senior Interior Design Manager to oversee the design delivery of hospitality projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform client briefs into compelling spatial concepts, focusing on rooms and public areas.
  • Review and approve layout plans, ensuring guest flow and functional adjacencies are met.
  • Adhere to hospitality brand standards, local codes, and accessibility norms.
  • Manage FF&E specifications, guaranteeing design quality and technical documentation.
  • Coach a talented team of designers, promoting skill development and CAD/render improvements.
  • Lead design audits, issue Design Basis Reports, and maintain assumption logs.
  • Maintain design risk registers and change control processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure proper documentation and version control across all files and deliverables.
RequirementsQualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in hospitality interior design.
  • Leadership skills, including team management and coaching.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and rendering tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., LEED AP).
  • Knowledge of hospitality brand standards and regulations.
