Job Summary:

This role is for an experienced Communications professional to lead the company's media relations, internal communications and public affairs. The successful candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the media industry and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of communication professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective media strategies to promote the company's vision and values
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers and other external partners
  • Manage and coordinate internal communications across multiple channels and teams
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on reputation management and crisis communications
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of communicators who are passionate about creating compelling stories and experiences that engage audiences

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in PR, communications or corporate affairs, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, influencers and other external stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations
  • Passion for storytelling and creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences
