Job Profile: Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Coimbatore / Erode (with travel as required)

Experience: 0–5 Years

Education: M.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or related disciplines

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support consulting and implementation projects in Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in advanced manufacturing processes, automation and robotics, industrial process control, and CAD/CAM and digital twin technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support consulting and implementation projects in Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing environments
  • Apply knowledge in advanced manufacturing processes, robotics and automation to improve client operations
  • Assist in industrial process control and sustainable manufacturing initiatives at client facilities
  • Work on CAD/CAM, digital twin models, and simulation tools to optimize production workflows
  • Deploy and analyze data from Industrial IoT (IIoT) systems to provide insights for efficiency improvements
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and client teams to deliver measurable impact

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • M.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related disciplines
  • 0–5 years of professional experience
  • Strong technical knowledge in advanced manufacturing processes, automation and robotics, industrial process control, and CAD/CAM and digital twin technology
  • Proficiency in tools like MATLAB, Simulink, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent CAD/CAM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
