Job Title: Technical Coordinator

This position requires a highly skilled professional to develop and implement technical analytics solutions that drive business growth.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical analytics initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical tagging instructions, implementation documentation, and standards based on changing business needs.
  • Lead investigation and identification of gaps in analytics implementation, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience working in technical analytics and measurement roles, preferably in media or advertising environments.
  • Strong experience in managing and developing teams of analysts and/or specialists in measurement and implementation for efficient deliveries.
  • Proficient in implementing analytics tags using Google Tag Manager or similar tools, such as server-side tracking technologies (e.g., server-side Google Tag Manager).
Benefits:
  • Experience with first-party data capture solutions (e.g., Snowplow, Segment, or Rudderstack)
  • Knowledge of tracking pixels and consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust, SourcePoint, or Ethyca), with strong awareness of data privacy
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript/HTML, with ability to update scripts for tracking changes and privacy compliance
Others:
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and querying
  • Experience using SQL is desirable
  • Experience with automation using APIs and Python is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement technical analytics strategies, incorporating futureproof tracking and data capture, as well as privacy approaches.
  2. Manage and implement performance and marketing analytics, including third-party tracking pixels, with or without a tag management system.
  3. Lead review and validation of accuracy and performance of technical analytics implementations.
