Job Title: Lead Data Analytics Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading data-driven projects and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Data Modeling & Machine Learning:

  • Build, test, and deploy machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and other relevant libraries.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.

Data Exploration & Preprocessing:

  • Work with complex datasets, conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Design and implement data visualization strategies to effectively communicate results to stakeholders.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts, to translate business problems into data science solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on data analytics best practices.

Model Evaluation & Tuning:

  • Conduct model evaluation, fine-tuning, and continuous improvement to achieve optimal performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data analytics techniques.

Communication:

  • Effectively communicate technical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
