  • Data Quality Leadership - Spearhead data quality management activities, ensuring adherence to global standards and policies.
  • Rule Development - Define, implement, and enforce data quality rules, standards, and metrics for HR data.
  • Root Cause Analysis - Identify and resolve data quality issues through detailed analysis.
  • Data Cleansing and Validation - Design and implement workflows for data cleansing and validation.
  • Migration Support - Provide guidance on HR data migration and transformation efforts during system implementations.
  • Governance and Compliance - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with data governance practices and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analytical Approach towards understanding Big data techniques-Proven ability to analyze data and implement effective controls.
  • Organizational Awareness - Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and structures.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Global Perspective - Demonstrable experience and understanding of working in a global role with diverse teams.
  • Constructive Influence - Ability to influence stakeholders positively and drive alignment on key decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Master Data Specialist - 8+ years - Expertise in Master Data, including data governance , Big Data and data quality management.
  • Industry Expertise - Experience working specifically with FMCG/CPG products.
  • Technical Proficiency - Operational knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and Ariba.
  • Demonstrable experience in master data management, data quality, and experience using analytics methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
