Job Title

We are seeking a Data Quality Lead to spearhead data quality initiatives and ensure high standards of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data quality initiatives for the Data Engineering and Analytics teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data quality issues.
  • Work closely with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that enhance data quality.
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Implement and optimize data quality processes and procedures.
  • Engage with stakeholders across different zones to understand their data quality needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 7+ years in data quality management, data governance, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, with proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
