Job Title: Master Data Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage material master data within our ERP system. As a key member of our Supply Operations department, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing material master data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creation, maintenance, and management of material master data within the ERP system
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date material information, including sales data, production data, and inventory levels
  • Monitoring of master data quality across regions and suggesting maintenance tasks as needed
  • Co-ordination of master data input from other departments to ensure smooth flow of data generation and reporting
  • Participation in data governance initiatives to drive delivery of milestones and timelines for data operations requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Transactional experience in SAP ERP, MDG, or similar systems
  • Knowledge of Analytics for Office (AAO) to extract SAP data
  • Data modeling skills, including MS Excel proficiency in combining data and MS Access expertise
  • Analytical skills to draw conclusions from extracted data
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate high workloads
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional activities
  • Self-starter with ability to face challenges, resolve issues, and implement improvements
