Job Description

The role involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of master data requests in adherence to respective workflows. This includes maintenance of master data objects, related SAP tables, and attributes in ERD/Horizon reporting system.

Key responsibilities include ensuring quality and compliance with internal controls, supporting audit processes, providing end-user support, and collaborating with the IT team on master data maintenance.

Additionally, this position requires developing process documentation, explaining supported processes and master data to users, auditors, and other stakeholders, as well as planning and running effective meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role necessitates strong technical skills, including understanding of SAP systems and master data maintenance solutions in SAP. Proficiency in SAP master data concepts and objects, such as Company Code, Profit Center, Cost Centers, WBS/Projects, Client/Customer, GL account, etc., is also required.

Moreover, knowledge of Sales Master Data structure, external references used in DXC reporting, and DXC Master Data-related processes and policies is necessary. Excellent command of business tools and Microsoft Office applications, along with working knowledge of other tools like Microsoft Power Products, is also expected.

Soft skills, such as excellent verbal and written English skills, ability to communicate effectively, analytical skills, project management skills, and result-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines, are also essential for this role.
