Technical Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to oversee our Data and Analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for data, analytics, and machine learning projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality pipeline development and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively and provide clarity in complex situations.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in data/analytics product or project management.
  • 3-5 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner for data-driven platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful data and analytics projects.
  • Expertise in Azure Data and Analytics stack (Factory, Synapse, Purview, Power BI).
  • Strong leadership skills, including ability to manage blended teams.
  • Experience with AI/ML integration (RAG, vector search, ML pipelines).
Success Metrics:
  • Data pipelines with >99% uptime.
  • Effective dashboards and ML models that meet business needs.
  • Compliance and GDPR readiness.
  • Business stakeholders satisfied with project outcomes.

Bonus points for experience with Azure Fabric, Databricks, MLOps, or SQL/Python programming.
