Job Title: Technical Lead – Data Analytics

Location: Bangalore/ Coimbatore

Purpose:

In this role, you will take a strategic & technical approach to business analysis, ensuring that data is used effectively to support decision-making in the Business units. You will connect technical capabilities with organizational needs and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and delivering recommendations to optimize operational outcomes. Your technical expertise and analysis skills with SQL, data modelling techniques will help us uncover patterns and support data-driven decision-making across departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends and insights in large healthcare datasets using SQL
• Develop complex data models, using patterns, and data mining techniques to develop relational, analytical and predictive models
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, join, and analyse data from various systems.
• Collaborate with business users to understand needs and translate them into actionable data models
• Interpret operational data to support process optimization and revenue improvement
• Work closely with cross functional business, product and technology stakeholders to drive data analysis initiatives and feature development
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to Data Analytics and Visualization engineers

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.):

BS (or higher, MS / PhD) degree in Computer Science / related field, or equivalent technical experience.

Experience:

10+ years' experience in software development with at least the last few years in a leadership role with progressively increasing responsibilities

Extensive experience in the following areas

1. Strong SQL, analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or Excel. Use of Azure Synapse, Databricks, and other data warehousing/analysis technologies
3. Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts and techniques
4. Expertise in RCM domain, working in patient intake, Coding, denial management processes
5. Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Experience designing and implementing data security and governance platform adhering to compliance standards (HIPPA, SOC 2) preferred.
