Analytics Team Lead Role\
\As a seasoned professional with significant experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, you will lead our analytics team and drive business growth through data-driven insights.\
\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Leverage your expertise in statistics, mathematics, and management to develop and implement effective analytics strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics insights into business decisions.
  • Analyze complex data sets using techniques like correlation, regression, hypothesis testing, and time series forecasting.
  • Apply your logical and analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate findings effectively through reports, presentations, and client-facing interactions.

\Requirements:\• A bachelor's or master's degree in statistics, mathematics, management, or a related field is required.\• Proven track record of success in CPG marketing analytics, with expertise in trade (ATL/BTL), digital, and traditional channels.\• Strong understanding of statistics and analysis techniques, including correlation, regression, hypothesis testing, and basic time series forecasting.\• Excellent data wrangling skills, with proficiency in Excel and Python.\• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python coding, with a strong focus on logical and analytical problem-solving.\• Adept at writing reports, making presentations, and communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.\• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
