Role Description

We are seeking battle-tested entrepreneurs to join our team as Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs).

The ideal candidate has tried scaling a startup, whether successful or not. They have valuable experience that they can apply to help us grow and scale.

This role is for high-agency problem-solvers who think and act like co-founders. We need people who bring clarity to chaos, structure to complexity, and hustle to execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving key programs that directly impact growth and scale.

This role offers a front-row seat into how a category-defining company is built. It's an opportunity to learn leadership, execution, and strategy skills without the financial pressure.

The selected candidate will work closely with the founder to identify areas for growth and implement strategies to achieve them. They will also be responsible for managing high-context switching across product, growth, partnerships, operations, and investor conversations.

Travel will be required, and the selected candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sitting in on key meetings
  • Structuring discussions
  • Managing follow-ups
  • Ensuring execution across teams
  • Driving key programs that directly impact growth and scale

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who have tried scaling a startup, whether successful or not. Experience in leadership, execution, and strategy is a plus. The selected candidate should be able to think and act like a co-founder and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Travel is required, so candidates must be willing to do so.
