As a Java Production Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing production systems.

  • 6+ years' experience in technical product support roles, preferably in escalations teams.
  • Experience working as an L3 escalation engineer handling complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Java technologies and software development.
  • Strong understanding and experience with MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microservice architecture environments on AWS.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for customer/support/field reported issues.
  • Passion, curiosity, integrity, and outstanding attention to detail while performing tasks.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
