Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive analysis, design, and optimization of RCS-related products and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

About the Role

  • Analyze and document existing RCS business processes, systems, and operations to identify improvement opportunities and cost reductions.
  • Develop business models, process flows, and use cases for current and future states, facilitating clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Lead process design and optimization efforts, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, balancing business needs with technical capabilities, and act as a liaison between business and IT teams.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

  • Elicit, analyze, and clearly document business and system requirements for RCS projects.
  • Translate complex business needs into data-driven actionable solutions and functional specifications.
  • Prepare comprehensive business analysis documentation, including business requirements, use cases, user stories, and UAT plans.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights for RCS decision-making.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and quality standards are met.

Leadership & Mentoring

  • Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the analysis team.
