Account Receivable Specialist Opportunity

We are a forward-thinking organization focused on driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and innovative sales solutions.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire account receivable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payments from our subscription-based clients.
  • This includes generating recurring invoices, maintaining revenue records in line with industry standards, and developing effective strategies to minimize bad debt.

Key qualifications include 3+ years of experience in account receivable, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based environment, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with automated billing systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and a solid understanding of revenue recognition concepts is required.

Additional responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, identifying opportunities to optimize cash flow, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
