The Area Security Manager will oversee the development and implementation of security policies and programs for safeguarding corporate business operations. The successful candidate will provide support in safety, business continuity, and physical security design/installation in Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and support the creation and execution of business continuity management, crisis management, and incident response programs.
  • Develop and implement security-related training workshops for security teams and associates within Corporate Office.
  • Perform other security-related duties as required or assigned by Regional Security Manager (RSM).

Requirements:

Eight to ten years of experience in the development of security plans, policies, trend analysis, intelligence, investigations, and security awareness training programs. Ex-Armed Forces Officer with up to ten years of experience within a corporate security setting will also be considered. CPP, PSP, CISSP, CISM certification is preferred.

Competencies:

  • Understanding of crisis operations, risk management, and crisis communication.
  • Strong working knowledge of physical security systems and components.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptable to varying situations requiring well-informed decision making with minimum supervision.
