Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion, develop relationships, and enable products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth for our B2B product.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders - product, marketing, technology, certification, risk, legal to develop and launch new features or products supporting growth while optimizing user experience.
- Foster continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
- Oversee the success and achievement of numbers (P&L, customers onboarded, activated) for assigned categories.
Relationship Management:
- Nurture and drive relationships with Banks, PA/PGs, TSPs for our B2B product.
- Promote customer-centricity within the organization and with clients.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them ensuring fast closures.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competition.
Product Enablement:
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of company products and offerings. Create business models and high-end decks showcasing value proposition as part of product pitches.
- Work with product, certification, tech, and other internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on our products.
- Owning and managing multiple onboarding and go-live projects effectively and timely.
- Prepare dashboards and trackers sharing results with management on a weekly and monthly basis ensuring successful rollout.
Preferred Candidates:
- Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
- Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office - Excel, PPT, DOC.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives. Customer-centric and analytical to influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
