About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to ensure the company's financial health and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Business Partnering: - Collaborate with leaders to establish benchmarks for assisting in pricing, contract structuring, and margin analysis for large deals.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to support initiatives.
  • Accounting & Compliance: - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Spearhead month end, quarter end and year end activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cash Flow & Risk Management: - Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho or similar).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
