We are seeking an accomplished Business Development professional to join our team as a Strategic Relationship Manager. This role requires a unique blend of skills, expertise, and passion for building lasting connections with clients.

  • The position holder will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of 10-20 individuals, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Accurate planning, forecasting, and achievement of fortnightly and monthly client retention and revenue targets from assigned clients is crucial to this role.
  • Developing and maintaining productive, professional relationships with clients is vital to driving long-term success.
  • Hiring, training, and retaining top talent, formulating their development plans, and ensuring fulfillment of their training needs will be key responsibilities.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of client complaints and providing expert consultation on digital marketing solutions will be critical to delivering exceptional service.
  • Daily meetings (F2F) with clients onsite will require strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; MBA mandatory
