We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth strategy. You will own the development and execution of end-to-end campaigns across paid channels, with a focus on optimizing every click, install, and conversion.

This role requires a data-driven professional who is fluent in Meta and Google dashboards and passionate about building a trusted brand. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving campaign execution from planning to performance tracking to meet key KPIs
  • Managing ad placements and targeting using audience insights and platforms like Meta and Google Ads
  • Setting and managing acquisition goals across paid channels, including influencers and partnerships
  • Using funnel analytics and attribution to understand performance and optimize install-to-activation rates
  • Designing and running A/B and multivariate tests to improve CAC, CTR, and retention
  • Executing email and push notification campaigns to drive engagement and retention
  • Analyzing ad spend data, optimizing budget allocations, and recommending spend adjustments
  • Improving customer retention and scaling new user acquisition by optimizing for CPA and ROI

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Proven expertise in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance platforms
  • Ability to own independently and execute campaigns with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders
