Senior Faculty Member

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Faculty member to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will combine deep subject matter expertise in emerging technologies with outstanding teaching and learning design capabilities.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality, relevant learning experiences for senior government officials, equipping them to leverage technologies like AI and data science for public good.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of emerging technologies and apply it to create engaging learning content for senior-level learners.
  • Collaborate with the WGDT Academy team to determine subject matter and optimal methodologies for training central and state government bureaucrats.
  • Design and deliver training programs on topics such as data science, machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and Generative AI.
  • Help formulate case studies using no/low code tools for senior policymakers.
  • Review and refine learning content designed by Curriculum Designers to ensure accuracy and depth from a subject matter perspective.
  • Research, produce, and deliver high-quality learning assets including training decks, facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments, and other supporting content.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience as a trainer in emerging technologies (freelance or full-time).
  • Experience in using and creating content for Virtual Learning platforms and MOOCs.
  • Ability to engage adult students of diverse ages and backgrounds.
