Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate and experienced mentors to guide students and early-career professionals in the field of Data Analytics and associated technologies.

As a mentor, you will play a key role in delivering hands-on learning experiences, clarifying concepts, and supporting learners in their career journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct live online and offline sessions on:
Ø Python & Python for Data Analytics

Ø Power BI & Advanced Excel

Ø SQL (Intermediate to Advanced)

Ø Fundamentals of Statistics for Data Analytics

Ø Support project-based learning and guide learners in real-world data problem-solving.

Ø Provide one-on-one mentoring sessions as needed to assist with concept clarity and assignments.

Ø Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback through Mock Interviews.

Ø Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into mentoring.

Ø Assist in content creation, quizzes, and project reviews as part of the learning path.

Ø Encourage a growth mindset and foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in:
Python (with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn)

Power BI (Data modeling, DAX, Dashboarding)

Advanced Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros)

SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Window Functions)

Descriptive & Inferential Statistics

Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or educator (online and classroom).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain complex topics in a simplified and engaging manner.

Good to Have:
Experience or understanding of:
Machine Learning concepts

Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., ChatGPT, LangChain, etc.)

Exposure to real-world data analytics projects or industry case studies.

Knowledge of tools like Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, or GitHub.
