Regional Business Process Transformation Lead

This is a key leadership position that will play a pivotal role in driving business process harmonization, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management, project management, and change management. They will be responsible for leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional business process transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements, and develop implementation plans.
  • Analyze data to measure process performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of new processes and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to track process performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business process management, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification: Certified Process Professional (CPP) or Six Sigma certification.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
