Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master

A seasoned project manager and scrum master is required to lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely submission of project deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Track and document progress, communicating project status updates to key stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Facilitate team meetings and collaboration.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders for changes and negotiations.
- Ensure software quality standards are met and requirements are submitted within budget and on time.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field, or 5-7 years of experience in a relevant technical industry.
- Knowledge and skills in Agile project management methodologies.
- High communication and interpersonal skills.
- High organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Jira and GitHub.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
