Job Title: Process Trainer
Key Responsibilities:- Identify training needs across levels and conduct Refresher Training to enhance employee productivity.
- Coordinate training schedules, develop materials, and follow up on progress.
- Train new employees in areas including sales techniques, product knowledge, customer interactions, and internal systems.
- Provide product knowledge on Life Insurance to all new joiners.
- Deliver product training (including selling skills, soft skills, objection handling) to Associate Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, and Assistant Sales Managers.
- Assist in delivering ongoing training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and report on trainees' performance.
- Review training performances and prepare participants' score sheets.
- Arrange for follow-up training or report on training sessions.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback and counseling to trainees.
- Maintain detailed records of workshops conducted, participant lists, feedback, and follow-up activities.
- Training background with expertise in employee development.
- Ability to calibrate employee performance to meet Performance Targets through monitoring and coaching.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Language fluency in Malayalam and English.
Candidates should be comfortable working a 6-day office schedule. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
