Job Title: Operation Executive – Insurance
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in insurance operations/administration)
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive – Insurance to manage and support day-to-day operations. The candidate will play a key role in handling policy processing, documentation, and client support to ensure smooth workflow in the insurance division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process insurance applications, renewals, and claims.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, endorsements, and related documents.
- Coordinate with insurance providers, clients, and internal teams for policy updates.
- Assist in premium calculations, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide support in preparing MIS reports and operational data.
- Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, claims, or policy administration.
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
