We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, manage multiple timelines, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Establish effective communication channels with clients, management, and internal teams to facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions, resolve issues, and meet project deadlines.
  • Lead implementation efforts, close projects post-go-live, and hand over responsibilities to support teams.
  • Generate change requests to optimize revenue opportunities for clients.
  • Deliver client requirements within agreed timelines, ensuring exceptional quality and meeting SOW objectives.
  • Utilize supporting teams as needed to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client support.
  • Minimize functional bugs during productions.
  • Communicate potential schedule impacts to clients and management.
  • Provide regular project status updates to management upon request.
  • Train self and team members on implementation processes and client data validation.
  • Apply hands-on experience in project management using tools like estimation, planning, costing, and team timesheet maintenance.
