Job Title: Technical Project Lead

About the Role

The role of a Technical Project Lead involves providing end-to-end project management support for various client implementations. This includes supporting colleagues across departments with scoping and understanding requirements, designing elements of project management, and providing support to clients through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing knowledge of our solutions and platforms.
  • Working with clients and colleagues to develop project scope plans and documentation.
  • Leading planning sessions to build consensus among team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • Developing and communicating detailed project plans.
  • Preparing project reports for status meetings as required.
  • Identifying, tracking, and communicating project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
  • Monitoring workflows and deadlines to ensure team members meet project goals accurately and on time.
  • Liaising between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, e.g., vendors, associates, contractors.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships by handling questions, concerns, feedback, etc.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a project management environment is required.
  • Education/certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software, e.g., MS Project, Jira.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
  • Experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not required.
  • Demonstrable evidence of collaboration, multitasking, and prioritizing workloads for self and others.
