Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee contractors who work on Security Observability and Identity Management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Oversee contractors ensuring they meet job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication and cross-functional collaboration between contractors and onshore teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess contractor performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure contractors have adequate resources and support to meet project deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring contracts are adhered to and quality of work meets high standards.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on team performance and progress to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure operations comply with policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for contractors to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Security Observability and Identity Management technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
