Job Title: Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee our operations team and ensure customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines and quality standards.
  • Lead internal stakeholders, including Finance, Vendor teams, and Installer teams, to meet customer promised timelines and quality expectations.
  • Oversight of the customer experience from project initiation to completion.
  • Action as the highest point of escalation for operational issues and resolve customer concerns within committed timescales.
  • Strategic coordination with cross-functional teams to facilitate faster issue resolution.
  • Empower and hire top talent to enhance your team's performance.
  • Maintenance of adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and standards to provide a standardized customer experience.
  • Accountability for Customer Move In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and quicker resolution of customer escalations.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in similar industries or startups, with 7-12 years of overall work experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated people management skills with direct team reporting in past roles required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
