Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service, positioning the bank as a trusted partner by providing efficient and cost-effective customer engagement.

Main responsibilities include client engagement, customer service, operations, liability build-up, cross-sales at designated branches, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Daily customer interaction for CA SA TD growth
  • Asset and wealth cross-selling opportunities
  • Meet business targets set through performance scorecards

We seek an individual who can offer tailored product solutions aligned with customer needs while adhering to business specifics.

Key focus areas include assessing customer potential and increasing product penetration per relationship.

Fostering strong relationships with existing customers for referrals and expanding business opportunities.

Providing prompt resolution of queries and complaints, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Maintaining strict adherence to banking regulations, policies on Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer (KYC), data security, and information security.

Assisting in resolving audit observations.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines
  • Provide top-tier customer service to become a preferred banking partner

Key Performance Metrics: CA SA TD growth, Share of Customer Wallet, Product Cross-Sell Targets, Performance Score Card.
