Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses a range of key responsibilities that are critical to the success of our organization.

  • To achieve set targets on Group Loans (GL) in terms of open market acquisition and repeat GL loans, ensuring timely repayments and maintaining customer relationships.
  • To convert GL customers, family members, and referrals into Family Banking by opening savings accounts and maintaining minimum balances.
  • To actively source term deposits from Family members of GL customers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • To offer suitable insurance products to customers and their family members, providing adequate coverage and addressing their financial needs.
  • To identify, process, and refer potential GL customers for Individual loans, whether secured or unsecured, ensuring seamless loan processing.
  • To share customer insights and product-related feedback with the ACRM team, informing business decisions and driving innovation.
Customer Interactions
  • To educate customers and their family members about the full range of banking products offered by us, including Loans (GL, IL), Deposits, and Insurance.
  • To interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt, efficient, and accurate services that meet their needs.
  • To ensure timely insurance claim settlements for customers, addressing their concerns and building trust.
  • To resolve customer queries related to GL, IL, and Family Banking within specified timelines, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
Internal Processes
  • To conduct surveys of new working areas to identify opportunities for group formation and facilitate projection meetings for GL and Family Banking.
  • To fill customer profile forms, Loan Application forms, and collect supporting documents accurately, adhering to KYC norms and facilitating account openings.
  • To analyze existing customer profiles and repayment capacity, identifying opportunities for Individual loans (for certified CROs).
  • To coordinate with customers during the disbursement process, ensuring smooth transactions and timely repayments.
  • To conduct Center Meetings as scheduled, monitoring progress, and facilitating timely repayments, collections, and updates on True-Cell.
  • To open savings accounts for customers and their family members, promoting financial inclusion and growth.
  • To assist in conducting CSR activities and motivate customers to participate in Financial Literacy Programs.
  • To provide detailed field reports to the ACRM team, discussing field-related issues and driving business improvements.
  • To adhere to defined processes and circulars, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Learning and Innovation
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of GL, IL, and Family Banking products and services, as well as other products offered in the branch.
  • To ensure adherence to training man-days and mandatory training programs, staying current and competitive.
  • To complete goal setting, mid-year review, and performance appraisal processes within specified timelines, driving personal and business growth.
