Job Title:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Placements team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong background from a reputable business school. Expertise in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science is highly desirable.

About the Role:

  • Onboard corporate partners for student placements and internships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to onboard new corporate partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to secure placement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum.
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings and communication with corporate partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to ensure high-quality placements.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during placements.
  • Prepare and present reports on partnership status and outcomes to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for student placements and internships.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science from a reputable business school.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the placement process and industry requirements.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful placement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
