We are seeking a Placement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying major employers, lining up students according to company requirements, and coordinating with branches regarding placement procedures.

About the Role

The Placement Officer will be responsible for:

  • Identifying major employers for urban placement opportunities for Anudip students
  • Lining up students according to company requirements and associated with pre-placement profiling
  • Visiting companies' Directors and HR heads for manpower requirement and placement tie-up
  • Coordinating with branches regarding placement procedures and placed students
  • Maintaining documents related to pre-placement and post-placement
  • Maintaining students' database
  • Giving briefings to students about opening details
  • Conducting job market studies
  • Regularly coordinating with respective managers and trainers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institutes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience and perseverance
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities
