Quantitative Aptitude Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced trainer to teach students quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability skills. The role involves preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and enhancing their overall problem-solving abilities.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability topics.
  • Develop lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate students' performance.
  • Mentor students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support where needed.
  • Track students' progress through assessments and share feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students are placement-ready.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer / Faculty / Coach is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.

Key Attributes:

  • Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
  • Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an advantage.
