Job Description:

As a seasoned engineering leader, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our software development teams. Your expertise in Java and Spring Boot will enable you to lead the design and implementation of scalable, efficient systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong CS Fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
  • Hands-on Experience: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)
  • Agile Project Management: SCRUM/Agile methodologies, end-to-end project management
  • Team Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing and developing solutions using Java and Spring Boot
