About this role

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key part in driving customer engagement and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies that drive ROI and customer growth.
  • Lead the paid media budget and make strategic decisions to maximize performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling campaign assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, CLTV, attribution models, etc.
